Overview

This page gives a tabular summary of the folders which could not backup during a backup schedule.

How to get here in the Web Console?
 In the top menu, select: "Server Admin->Reseller Management->List of Resellers" and click on the "Reseller Name" in this reseller row. This lists the customers under the reseller. Now click on the customer name. This lists the clients under this customer. Click on the "Client Name" in this client row. This lists the backup schedules for this client. Click on the "Backup Schedule Name" to fetch this backup schedule reports. Now click on the ‘View’ link under the skipped folder count.

Skipped folder report in Backup Server

This page shows the list of folders that could not backup during the backup schedule. The page lists the folders in groups of 100.

This tabular summary of each schedule's backup skipped folder report includes the following:

• Folder Name : The name of the folder in the client machine that was not backed up.

• Location : Location of the skipped folder in the client machine.

• Remarks : The reason why the folder was skipped.
