Server Side Restore Report

Overview

This page provides details on all the restore operations done for this backup schedule. This page lists both the restore operations performed from clients as well as from the server itself.

How to get here in the Web Console?
 In the top menu, select: "Server Admin->Reseller Management->List of Resellers" and click on the "Reseller Name" in this reseller row. This lists the customers under the reseller. Now click on the customer name. This lists the clients under this customer. Click on the "Client Name" in this client row. This lists the backup schedules for this client. Click on the "Backup Schedule Name" to fetch this backup schedule reports. Now click on the "Restore Report" tab.

Server side Restore Report

The report is generated in a table format with each row representing a restore operation. The description of the table columns are given below.

  • Restored to : In a client initiated restore this represents the ID of the client which this backup schedule data was restored to. In a server initiated restore this represents the ID of the server.

  • Last Restored on : The time at which the restore operation finished.

  • Time Taken : Total time taken for the restore operation to finish.

  • Total Files : Total number of files present in the backup server that need to be restored.

  • Restored Files : The number of files successfully restored.

  • Skipped Files : The number of files that could not be restored.

  • Size : In a client initiated restore, this is the total size of data transferred to the client system. In a server initiated restore, this represents the data processed to complete the restore.

  • Restore Location : The directory location in the client where the restore data was copied.

  • Message : Message about the restore operation. Useful when there are errors.

  • Compressed Restore Files : In a server initiated restore if the restored data is configured to be compressed for later download, this header will provide the download URL of the compressed restore files.

  • Compressed File Size : If the restore data is configured for compression for later download, this value will represent the file size of the downloadable zip file.
