Run Retention Cleanup

Overview

Older versions of a file are automatically cleaned up from the server when the later versions of the file are backed up in the subsequent incremental backups. In addition to the retention schedule configured in the server, you can manually run the retention cleanup process using 'Run Retention Cleanup' feature to delete the older version of the files from the server.

How to get here in the Web Console?
In the top menu, select: "Server Admin->Reseller Management->List of Resellers" and click on the "Reseller Name" in this Reseller row. This lists the Customers under the Reseller. Now click on the Customer name. This lists the clients under this customer. Now, click on a client name.
