Client MCAL Licensing

A StoreGrid client running on a Desktop OS needs 12 MCALs every year. A StoreGrid client running on a Server OS needs 24 MCALs every year. Apart from this, a client using 'advanced plugins' [MS SQL, Exchange Server, Exchange Mailbox, etc.,] will consume additional MCALs for each of the plugins used.
