List Of Deletion Reports

Overview

The Deletion Report is generated every time for a Reseller when a Customer/Client/Backup is deleted. And for the client, it is generated when a backup schedule is deleted either in the client or in the backup server. This report is also generated for the client when the client itself is deleted from the backup server.

How to get here in the Web Console?
 In the top menu, select: "Server Admin->Reseller Management".

For Reseller: Click on the 'Deleted Customer/Client/Backup Report' icon for the particular reseller.

For Client: Click on the Reseller Name in the particular reseller row. The page lists the customers under the reseller. Click on the "Customer Name" in this customer row. This lists the clients under the customer. Go to "Client Report" action corresponding to the client name and click on the "Deleted Client/Backup Report" tab.

List Of Deletion Reports

The following is the description of the report columns:

  • Server Name - The name of the server in which the delete operation was performed.

  • Customer/Client Name - Customer name or the ID of the client whose data was deleted.

  • Backup Name - The backup schedule name whose data was deleted. If the client itself is deleted, then the backup name would be "All Backups".

  • Status - The status of the delete operation.

  • Total Time Taken - The total time taken for the delete operation to finish.

  • Deleted Time - The time at which the delete operation was scheduled.

  • Message - This gives a detailed message about the delete operation, whether there was a problem etc.
