List Of Deletion Reports

Overview

An entry in the deletion report is made when a backup schedule is deleted either in the client or in the backup server. This report is also generated when the client itself is deleted from the server. Each row of the table is the status of a delete operation performed in the server or the client.

How to get here in the Web Console?
  In the top menu, select: "Server Admin->Group Management->List of Group" and click on the "Deleted Client/Backup Report" icon in the action column against the particular Group.

List Of Deletion Reports

The following is the description of the report columns:

  • Server Name - The name of the server in which the delete operation was performed.

  • Client Name - The ID of the client whose data was deleted.

  • Backup Name - The backup schedule name whose data was deleted. If the client itself is deleted, then the backup name would be "All Backups".

  • Status - The status of the delete operation.

  • Total Time Taken - The total time taken for the delete operation to finish.

  • Deleted Time - The time at which the delete operation was scheduled.

  • Message - Remarks columns which will give a detailed message about the delete operation, whether there was a problem etc..
