How to get here in the Web Console?
In the top menu, select: "Server Admin-> Group Management->List of Group"

This page lists the Groups available under a Server in a tree format in the left hand side and in a table format in the right hand side. The Group tree will have list of clients under each Group node and the list of backup schedules configured under each client node.

Clicking on the Groups root node in the tree will display the List Of Groups in a table format on the right hand side.

Clicking on a Group node in the tree will display the List Of Clients under the group in a table format on the right hand side.

Clicking on a Client node in the tree will display the List Of Backup Schedules under the client in a table format on the right hand side.

Clicking on a Backup Schedule node in the tree will display the different Server Side Backup Reports (Backup Report, Restore Report and Deleted Reports) for the backup schedule.

The table columns and the actions for the list of groups table on the right hand side is described below:

Add New Group - Clicking on this link will take you to the 'Add New Group' page. You can add a new group in the Server from this page.

Group Name - This is the name of the group you provided when the group was added to the server. Each Group name has to be unique

MCALs Allotted - This is the number of MCALs allotted to the Group. If the clients under a Group consume all of the MCALs allotted to the Group, then none of the Clients can backup even though there may be MCALs available in the backup server. It is not required to allocate MCALs to the Group. If MCALs are not allocated to the Group, then the backup server will automatically use the MCALs available in the server pool. You only need to allocate MCALs to a Group if you want to restrict only certain number of clients to backup.

Total MCALs used till date - This is the total number of MCALs used by the different client machines under this Group.

Allotted Space - This is the total backup disk space allotted to the group.

Used Space - The total disk space currently used by the group.

Actions - The icons under this column are links to various features to enable you to administer and manage your groups.

Enable / Disable Auto Authorization - Clicking on this icon will toggle between enabling and disabling auto authorization for this group. The auto authorization feature is described in more detail in the Add New Group section.

Activate/Deactivate - Clicking on this icon will toggle between activating and deactivating a group. If a group is deactivated then no client from the group can backup to the server.

Edit Group - Clicking on this icon will take you to the Edit Group page. You can edit all configurations of a group from this page.

Add New Clients - Clicking on this icon will take you to the Add New Client page. You can add a client to the group and configure it.

Proceed to Delete Group - Clicking on this icon will take you to the Delete Group Page.

Edit Replication - Clicking on this icon will take you to configure Group Replication Scheduling. Note that you can configure different scheduling options and replication servers for different groups. By default all groups will be replicated to the globally configured, replication configuration from the Replication Management page.

Deleted Client/Backup Report - Clicking on this icon will take you to the "Deleted Backup Report", which will list in a table format the list of backup clients and the data that has been deleted by the server administrator.

Some of the features like

Client Migration - Clicking on this icon will take you to the 'Client Migration' page. Using this feature you can migrate the trial clients to the paid Group and also the clients from one Group to another Group.

Seed Backup Migration - Clicking on this icon will take you to the 'Seed Backup Migration' page. Using this feature you can migrate the backup data from one server to another server and then having the clients do the subsequent backups (incremental) to the new server.
