Troubleshooting Tips

Limitations

  1. This report will contain the details of a client only when the client is running 2.3.5 or a higher version.
  2. If a client is added in the backup server manually or by using ‘Seed Backup Migration’ feature; client name, group name, version, license type and plugin type details will be available in the report. Other details will be available only when the client connects to the backup server and authenticates.
  3. In the replication server, the client information is available only after the client’s backed up data is replicated to the replication server.
