Skipped Folder Report in Backup Server
How to get here in the StoreGrid Web Console?
In the top menu, select: "Server Admin->Customer Management" and click on the "Customer Name" in this customer row. This lists the clients under this customer. Click on the "Client Name" in this client row. This lists the backup schedules for this client. Click on the "Backup Schedule Name" to fetch this backup schedule reports. Now click on the ‘View’ link under the skipped folder count.
This page shows the list of folders that StoreGrid could not backup during the backup schedule. The page lists the folders in groups of 100. If the number of folders skipped is more than 100, then you can browse through the lists by clicking 'First', 'Prev', 'Next' and 'Last' links at the bottom of the table.
Folder Name: The name of the folder in the client machine that was not backed up.
Location: Location of the skipped folder in the client machine.
Remarks: The reason why the folder was skipped.
