StoreGrid Server Dashboard
Overview
The Server dashboard has four sections
- Snapshot of recent 5 successful/failed backups.
- Client Activity - status of clients currently connected to the server.
- Disk space utilization for the server with Alert Settings.
- Licensing and MSPEU details.
Snapshot of recent backups
This table gives snapshot of 5 last successful/failed backups. The table has the following details:
Customer Name - The customer from which this backup schedule's StoreGrid client is backing up from.
Client Name - This is the StoreGrid client from which this backup schedule is backing up from.
Backup Name - The name of the backup schedule.
Start Time - The time at which the backup schedule started to backup.
End Time - The time at which the backup completed.
Files - The total number of files available for backup in this backup schedule.
Skipped Files - The number of files that could not be backed up. Some of the reasons a file may not be backed up are:
The file is being modified.
The file did not have appropriate permissions and hence could not be read.

Skipped Folders - The number of folders that could not be backed up. Some of the reasons why a folder may not be backed up are:
The folder did not have appropriate permissions for StoreGrid to read.
The folder may have been modified while StoreGrid is trying to backup it up.
The folder may have temporarily available when StoreGrid listed the files/folders to backup but was later not available when StoreGrid tried to backup.
Clicking on the 'View' link will take you to a page which lists the folders that were skipped and the reason StoreGrid skipped the folders.
No. Of Full backups - This total number of full backup that has been taken.

Remarks - The final result of the backup operation. Whether successful, failure, or incomplete etc.
The More Details page lists all the successful/failed backups with Start time, End time, Number of files, Number of full backups, Skipped files, Skipped folders and any remarks from the backup report. Also, there is an option to view successful/failed backups in the last 1 day, 1 week, 1 month etc.
'Select Columns' Icon - This will list all the available columns. User can choose the columns to be displayed.
Current Client Activity
This table provides details on the clients connected to the server currently. The table has the following details :
Customer Name - The customer from which this backup schedule's StoreGrid client is backing up from.
Client Name - This is the StoreGrid client from which this backup schedule is backing up from.
Backup Name - The name of the backup schedule detailed in this row.

Status - This shows the status of the client activity. And the six icons in this column represent the current status of backup, restore, delete, replication operations, retention and moving backup data from one location to other location for this backup schedule. The following describes the different icons:
Backup : Triangle icon
Restore : Inverted triangle icon
Delete : Cross icon
Replication : Play Triangle icon
Move Backup : Double Triangle icon
Running Retention Cleanup : Rotating arrows icon

Licensing
These fields are applicable to Backup Server only:
MSPEUs needed for existing clients - This shows the number of MSPEUs needed by the existing clients in the server for the current month.
Current MSPEU balance - This is the total number of available/unutilized MSPEU licenses in the StoreGrid backup server.
MSPEU status message - MSPEU status message is displayed at the bottom of the MSPEU table. This is to notify whether the MSPEU balance in the server is healthy enough or there is shortage of MSPEUs. The status can be one of the following:
Healthy - If you have enough MSPEUs to support your existing clients for the next 2 months, it is considered a healthy balance.
Low - If you have enough MSPEUs to support your existing clients only for the next 1 month, it is considered a Low balance.
Very Low - If you do not have enough MSPEUs to support your existing clients for the next 1 month, it is considered a VERY LOW balance
