Overview

This page provides MSPEU utilization details of different clients connecting to the backup server. MSPEU Utilization History can be exported into a comma delimited (CSV) file by clicking on the 'CSV' link at the top of the MSPEU Utilization History page.

How to get here in the "StoreGrid" Web Console?
 In the top menu, select: "Server Admin -> License Management" and click on the "MSPEU Utilization History" icon on the left side.

MSPEU Utilization History

MSPEU Utilization History has the following details:

• Date: Date on which the MSPEU was utilized by the client.

• MSPEUs Used: Total MSPEU usage of the client for the current month.

• Server MSPEU Balance: MSPEUs left in the backup server.

• Customer Name: Name of the customer under which the client is grouped.

• Customer MSPEU Balance: Number of MSPEUs left in the customer to which the client belongs to. This is applicable only for those customers that have MSPEUs specifically allocated.

• Client Name: Name of the client.

• License Type: License type of the client [Desktop/Server OS license].

• Plugin Type: Plugin type used by the client [Advanced or Basic].

• Total MSPEUs used by the client till date: Total MSPEUs used by the client till date.

Troubleshooting Tips

Limitations

1. After doing server side disaster recovery, the MSPEU usage history page will not contain all the MSPEU usage details.
