Delete Customer

How to get here in the StoreGrid Web Console?
  In the top menu, select: "Server Admin->Customer Management". Click on the "Delete Customer" icon in the action column of the Customer row.

If you click the option 'Delete Customer but retain clients and data under the customer', only the customer will be deleted and the clients and their data will be moved to 'Default customer' in Backup Server.

If you click the option 'Delete customer, clients and data under the customer', then the customer and the clients and their backup data will be permanently deleted from the Backup Server.

Trial and Default Customers cannot be deleted.

Please note that if any one of the customer's backup is active, then you cannot delete the customer. When a customer is not deleted, you can see the reason why the customer could not be deleted in Server Server Side Deleted Backup Reports present in the customer row.

Cancel button will take you to the 'Server Admin -> Customer Management' page.
