Troubleshooting Tips
Limitations
Reports older than the previous calendar month cannot be viewed.
'Total files listed' will not be available for clients running older version (< 2.3.5) of StoreGrid.
For clients running older version (< 2.3.5), in error cases like authorization failure, customer/client deactivated etc., the 'No of Attempts' value might not be correct.
'Next Schedule Time' will be calculated in the backup server based on the scheduling type of the backup. If a backup is interrupted in client side and is rescheduled after 5 minutes, the backup server may still show the next schedule time based on the backup schedule configuration.
