4.2 AMI requirements

Hi All,

Just getting ready to set up a 4.2 AMI to replace our 4.1. We have had a lot of customisations on our current server (WHMCS, Invoicing, and colours, logos etc).

What files should we copy over or is there a definitive guide?

Thanks. I think I've worked it out myself. Apart from the WHMCS customisations, language changes and invoice alterations the only other thing was the 'skinning'.

I notice that 'themes' have been included i.e. metalred and we modified the CSS on this, and a few variables to get our look and feel back. Does this mean there is a guide to creating a 'theme' that we could use?
